The Marshal is a small program for your Windows race PC. It times your Le Mans Ultimate laps and sends them to HammerTime!.

One download. Unzip. Double-click. No Git, Node, or Python setup.

Leave the Marshal window open while you race. It talks to HammerTime over the internet and reads laps from LMU on this PC.

Before you drive

Register a handle on the site first: Register
The Marshal opens the kiosk check-in page automatically. Use your handle so laps get your name.
Home rigs post laps as unverified until an admin reviews them.
Studio / venue rigs can be marked trusted in Admin → Rigs.

Check in first, dial in FFB/wheel feel, then double-click these in the Marshal folder:

You'll see green chips on the kiosk and files listed on your driver page when it worked.

Advanced / developer install (git + npm) is still documented in the repo as RIG_SETUP.md — racers should use this download instead.
