The Marshal is a small program for your Windows race PC. It times your laps or stages from Le Mans Ultimate, Assetto Corsa Rally, or iRacing and sends them to HammerTime!.

One download. Unzip. Double-click. No Git, Node, or Python setup.

Download HammerTime Marshal for Windows
Unzip the folder anywhere (Desktop is fine)
One-time per sim: Le Mans Ultimate → Settings → Gameplay → enable Plugins; iRacing → Options → enable Telemetry; Assetto Corsa Rally → nothing to enable
Double-click the one app — HammerTimeMarshal.exe — and leave it running (it opens the status window + a tray icon, with no black terminal)
Wait for the status window to say Connected to HammerTime, check in on the kiosk
Start any of the three sims and drive — laps/stages post automatically, tagged with the right game

There's just one launcher — it auto-detects your sim and watches Le Mans Ultimate, AC Rally, and iRacing at the same time, so you never pick a game or relaunch when you switch. It opens the small Marshal status window and a system-tray icon with no black terminal window. You can minimize or close the window; it stays in the system tray until you choose Quit. On the national board, switch the Game filter between LMU, AC Rally, and iRacing.

Windows blocked it? (Smart App Control / SmartScreen)

HammerTime Marshal is a small indie tool, so Windows may warn that it's from an unknown publisher. It's safe — here's how to get past each warning.

Fastest fix — unblock the zip before you unzip it

Right-click the downloaded HammerTime-Marshal-Windows.zip
Choose Properties
At the bottom, tick Unblock, then OK
Now unzip and double-click HammerTimeMarshal.exe

Unblocking removes the “downloaded from the internet” tag from every file inside, which is what triggers the block. Do this before extracting.

“Windows protected your PC” (blue SmartScreen box)

Click More info → Run anyway.

“Smart App Control blocked a file that may be unsafe”

Smart App Control has no “run anyway” button. If unblocking the zip (above) doesn't clear it, you have two options:

Turn Smart App Control off: Windows Security → App & browser control → Smart App Control settings → Off. This is a system-wide setting, so only do it if you're comfortable with that.

Before you drive

Register a handle on the site first: Register
The Marshal opens the kiosk check-in page automatically. Use your handle so laps get your name.
Home rigs post laps as unverified until an admin reviews them.
Studio / venue rigs can be marked trusted in Admin → Rigs.

Save wheel & control settings

Check in first, dial in FFB/wheel feel, then double-click these in the Marshal folder:

Save Controls.cmd — LMU FFB / steering / pedal calibration
Save Wheel Profiles.cmd — Simucube / Simagic / Moza profiles
Save Setups.cmd — car .svm setup files

You'll see green chips on the kiosk and files listed on your driver page when it worked.
